A Volkswagen California comes with the freedom to go and spend the night anywhere. Unfortunately, the Danish government made it illegal to spend the night outside a designated camping area.
To give the freedom of going anywhere back to California owners. Volkswagen launched the campaign platform Visit the Road and the activation California Stays.
We opened 4 California Stays that gave owners the opportunity to spend the night in the most breathtaking nature in Denmark. All four spots were booked within the first week.
